Pros: Great location, when I did get a call back she was very friendly and helpful; inside looks like the pictures, spacious<br/>Cons: This is a property managed by someone remotely who is outsourcing all the management. The number they give you for support is clearly a spoof to look local - it goes straight to voicemail, then you get a call back from someone outside the country (who was really friendly and helpful by the way). There is a cleaner and an "inspector" who comes after you leave, but no one local has anything to do with this property otherwise. From the pictures you can't tell that this is a townhouse in a sea of identical townhouses with a messy exterior. The address numbers appear to have long fallen off the door--I found one on the ground--so it was hard to know which house was the right one. The garage door remote didn't work. The inside was clean enough. The patio area was full of leaves and not really usable.

Clean, neat, quite and private! Great location for us getting to MSU nearby. Easy drive to downtown and amenities. Plenty of space. Would stay here again!
